    • Terms & Conditions: Lucky Fans Campaign
    • Selection of winners is based on the purchase value of products and spa services from divana Group.
    • 1. Super Lucky Fan – 20 Winners
    • For every THB 5,000 spent per receipt, you will receive 1 entry to win as a Super Lucky Fan:
    • Every THB 5,000 per receipt = 1 entry into the lucky draw
    • 2. Lucky Fan – 10 Winners
    • For every THB 2,000 spent per receipt, you will receive 1 entry to win as a Lucky Fan:
    • Every THB 2,000 per receipt = 1 entry into the lucky draw
    • Note:
    • Purchases of e-Vouchers are eligible based on their individual values:
    • • THB 5,000 e-Voucher = 1 entry for Super Lucky Fan
    • • THB 2,000 e-Voucher = 1 entry for Lucky Fan
    • Additional Terms:
    • Receipts must be from purchases made between June 1 – 22, 2025 (until 24:00, Thailand time).
    • Winners will be announced on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 18:30 (Thailand time).
    • Only purchases of divana products and spa services made via divana’s official online channels or participating physical stores are eligible.
    • Entries are calculated per individual receipt and cannot be combined across multiple receipts.
    • Customers who purchase the Super VIP set (THB 40,000) — available starting Monday, June 9 at 10:00 AM and limited to only 30 sets — will automatically receive Super VIP status without the need for a lucky draw.
    • All purchases under the Lucky Fans and Super VIP programs will also count toward the Top Spender Program, which offers a chance to win a spa getaway with accommodation and an exclusive dinner with ZeeNunew at Divana ANDA, Phuket (2 days, 1 night).
    • Campaign Period:
      The Top Spender campaign is valid from [Start Date] to [End Date]. Only purchases made within this period will be counted.
    • Qualified Transactions:
    • Only completed purchases with valid receipts will be eligible for point accumulation or ranking consideration. Cancelled or refunded transactions are excluded.
    • Submission of Receipts:
    • Participants must submit their receipts via the official submission form or platform provided by divana. Each receipt must clearly show the transaction date, amount, and store/branch.
    • Top Spender Calculation:
    • The total spending will be calculated based on the cumulative amount spent within the campaign period. The top spenders will be ranked accordingly.
    • Prizes and Rewards:
    • Rewards will be given to the top-ranking participants as announced. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified otherwise.
    • Announcement of Winners:
    • Winners will be announced on divana’s official Facebook and Instagram pages. Participants are encouraged to follow our social media to stay updated.
    • Personal Data Usage:
    • By joining the campaign, participants agree to allow divana to collect, use, and disclose their personal data for campaign management, communication, and marketing purposes, in accordance with our PDPA policy.
